Homemade PB chocolate protein bars 🔥🥜🍫

One of my favorite treats to have on hand throughout the week when the sweet tooth hits
They’re gluten free + refined sugar free, made with simple ingredients & are super easy to make
Here’s what you need👇🏼
1 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp melted grass fed butter
2 tbsp raw honey
⅓ cup almond flour
⅓ cup vanilla protein powder (I used @marigoldfoodstx whey protein - discount code: lilyross)
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1-2 tsp coconut oil
✏️ Mix the PB, butter, honey, almond flour & protein powder together in a bowl until there are no clumps
✏️ Pour the batter into a lined bread pan or other small dish & freeze for 15 minutes
✏️ Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil, then spread it on top of the PB mixture & feeeze again until set
✏️ chop into bars, sprinkle with flaky sea salt & enjoy!
