PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKE BOWL
(High Protein / Collagen-Rich / Gluten-Free / Keto-Friendly)
Sometimes you want pancakes without standing over the stove flipping them one at a time. This Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake Bowl gives you all the cozy breakfast vibes with a much easier approach: blend, pour and bake.
Eggs, almond flour and cottage cheese create a soft, satisfying base, while MariGold Peanut Butter Collagen adds extra protein and rich peanut butter flavor. A handful of melty dark chocolate chips makes it feel a little indulgent—because breakfast should be allowed to have some fun.
It’s naturally gluten-free, high in protein and easy to make low-carb or keto-friendly with your favorite sweetener and chocolate chips. Make it for a relaxed weekend breakfast, prep it ahead for busy mornings, or save it for one of those days when chocolate for breakfast feels completely reasonable.
* Keto-friendly when prepared with a keto-friendly sweetener and low-carb chocolate chips.
