The Lazy Girl’s (or Guy’s) McFlurry… but make it fat-loss friendly 🥣🔥

Post by @wellwithnicolette

55g of protein.
4+ hours of fullness.
ZERO crash.
And yes… it actually tastes like a McFlurry.

This is my go-to busy morning breakfast hack — no stove, no prep, no hunger an hour later. Just a ridiculously easy high-protein, high-fiber bowl that crushes cravings and naturally boosts GLP-1 (your body’s own appetite control hormone).

GLP-1 Boosting Yogurt Bowl 🍓🥄
Ingredients:
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 scoops MariGold Foods vanilla protein powder
• 2 tbsp almond butter (no added oils or sugar—dry roasted is best)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ½ cup organic raspberries
• Dash of sea salt (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ Add yogurt to a bowl and mix in protein powder.
2️⃣ Drizzle with almond butter, sprinkle chia seeds + sea salt, and top with berries.

💡 Tips:
• Dairy-free? Swap Greek yogurt for plain coconut yogurt.
• Want extra protein? Add 1 scoop of MariGold Foods unflavored collagen.
• Salt matters: It balances sweetness, makes flavors pop, and gives your metabolism a little mineral love.

🚫 No sad granola bars.
🚫 No mid-morning donut runs.
✅ Just sustained energy + effortless fat loss support.

🍞 End-of-summer protein bread vibes 🌞

📸 @the_keto_dealer

Pool parties, BBQs, road trips—summer may be wrapping up, but the fun (and gains) don’t have to stop here. This homemade bread packs 18g of protein per slice and less than 1 total carb! 🙌🏼 Perfect for sandwiches, sliders, or just snacking with butter while you soak up those last golden rays. ✨

The secret? Marigold’s unflavored grass-fed whey isolate. 🥛 Light, fluffy, gut-friendly, and straight from happy cows—it keeps your bread soft and never spongy. Quality you can taste.

👉 Grab the recipe and give it a try before the season changes:
1. Mix 1.5 blocks cream cheese (softened), 4T each melted butter + heavy cream, 1/3 cup olive oil, a spoon of your favorite sweetener, 2.5t baking powder + 1t xanthan gum. Beat with an electric mixer, then add 4 eggs.
2. In another bowl: 2.5c Marigold whey isolate, 1/4t cream of tartar, 1/3t baking soda, 1/2t salt.
3. Combine wet + dry gently, pour into greased loaf pan, and bake at 325° for 45 minutes until golden. Cool on a rack, flipping the loaf on its side as it rests.

Slice it up, take it outside, and enjoy every bite. 😎

I love adding my favorite protein powder from @marigoldfoodstx into my desserts because it works so well in baking. I decided to make a quick batch of chocolate chip cookies and they turned out great. The dough also freezes well so you can freeze the dough balls and pull out a few to bake when you’re feeling like it! Here’s the recipe

½ cup butter, softened
2 eggs
¼ c granulated sweetener
¼ c brown sweetener
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups almond flour
½ cup vanilla protein powder @marigoldfoodstx
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ c sugar free chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together butter and sweetener until combined, then add in eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Add in all dry ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula or spoon until almost combined. Then stir in chocolate chips
Divide dough into 12-24 balls depending on what size cookies you’d like
Place on baking sheet & bake for 10-12 minutes

🍂✨ Pumpkin Espresso Fudge Swirl Custard ✨🍂

Creamy, cozy, and just the right size. These single-serve ramekin custards are made with collagen + plant-based milk for a nourishing boost, then swirled with an irresistible espresso-chocolate fudge ribbon. 💛☕🍫

The best part? They’re sugar-free + low-carb, making them the perfect way to satisfy those single-serve cravings this time of year. Bonus: it’s also a delicious way to use up leftover pumpkin purée! 🎃

Ingredients:
1 small egg yolk
3 Tbsp pumpkin purée
1 Tbsp brown sweetener
1½ tsp @marigoldfoodstx Unflavored Collagen Peptides (Use Code: DEB)
2 Tbsp @maizlyforall Cornmilk
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips
¼ tsp instant espresso powder

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 6 oz ramekin.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, milk, sweetener, egg yolk, collagen, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth and well combined.
3. In a separate heat-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth (microwave in 10–15 second bursts). Stir in espresso powder.
4. Take 2 teaspoons of the pumpkin custard mixture and stir it into the melted chocolate until blended. This is your swirl mixture.
5. Pour the remaining pumpkin custard into the ramekin. Dollop the chocolate mixture on top and gently swirl with a toothpick.
6. Place the ramekin in a small baking dish, pour hot water around it to reach halfway up the sides (water bath), and bake for 35-40 minutes, until edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.
7. Cool before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream.
