What if you’re like me and you don’t like almonds? Can’t I just use regular whole milk? Would I be able to find heat-treated all-purpose flour and Vanilla Isolate Whey Protein Powder at a place like Winco?
Annabelle, great question. Feel free to swap out the milk used or even add nuts if you like. Swapping out the almond flour will mostly likely affect the amount of protein in the recipe. I’m not familiar with Winco, but it does look like they offer a variety of flour options. Our Creamy Vanilla Whey, is not available there, but they may have other options for you to choose from.
Hope you are able to make adjustments to the recipe that make it enjoyable for you.
