45 Day Fitness Challenge…Day 4 & 5!!
Day 4 & 5 had me really wanting some salty snacks! (I’m sure all the extra activity and sweating have something to do with that…)
Usually this would be a time when I would slip up, grab some chips or something like that…then feel terrible about it later.
Thankfully now I’ve got my MariGold Snacks.
Clean, delicious and small batch hand made with love right here in our MariGold Shop.
Having snacks like this on hand has been a lifesaver for me!
Keeps me on track and eating clean!
Plus these roasted nuts are a protein packed power food that keeps me energized all day!
Along with my MariGold Bars and some greens throughout the course of the day, I’d pretty much have all the nutrients I would need to be healthy, keep fit and stay strong all day long!
Thought I would post a little video of how NOT to do a burpee!
The exercise was supposed to just be Bar Jumps but I thought I’d try to add burpees for something a little extra!
Unfortunately, this was at the very end of an intense lower body class at The League HTX and my form was seriously suffering!
I’ll do some correctly and demonstrate that another day!
So far, everything with my challenge is going really well! I’m getting in all my training and my eating has been pretty on point.
The one thing I’m really struggling with this week is getting enough rest!
I know that sleep and rest are a crucial part of a healthy life. This next week, I’m setting a new goal to try to be in bed by 10pm at least 5 nights next week!
