NO BAKE TWIX LATTE PROTEIN DONUTS

Wouldn’t it be great if there was a world where you could have a Twix bar in one hand, a donut in the other, and combine them into one? Oh, and you could eat it as a pre or post-workout snack? Oh, and you didn’t have to bake them? Oh, and they were high-protein, gluten & dairy-free?
Well, you’re in that world now! These No-Bake Twix Latte Protein Donuts feature the delicious combination of chocolate and caramel, with healthy fats and clean ingredients.

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop MariGold Vanilla Collagen Latte High Protein Coffee Powder
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Mix together the base ingredients until a thick batter forms. Press batter into a silicone donut pan.
- Mix together caramel, then distribute on top of each donut.
- Melt together chocolate & coconut oil & drizzle on top of each donut to cover.
- Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
- Store in the fridge!
