PROTEIN CHIA PUDDING

(Low-carb | Grain-free | Gluten-free | Sugar-free | High-protein | High-fiber)

Need a breakfast or snack that’s equal parts satisfying and simple? This Protein Chia Pudding checks all the boxes.

Packed with 27g of protein and 10g of fiber, it’s designed to keep you full, fueled, and focused – without the sugar crash.

With MariGold Creamy Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein and MariGold Allulose, you get natural sweetness and a silky-smooth flavor while keeping carbs low and blood sugar steady.

The best part? It’s a true set-it-and-forget-it recipe. Just stir it together, pop it in the fridge, and let the magic happen. By morning (or after a few hours), you’ve got a creamy, nutrient-packed pudding ready to grab and go.

Top with fruit, nuts, or a dollop of yogurt for extra crunch and creaminess. Enjoy!

MariGold ingredients used in this recipe:

MariGold Whey Isolate is derived from sweet Irish milk given from Truly Grass-Fed™ cows who spend 95% of their time roaming freely and feasting upon the delicious green grasses of the breathtaking Irish countryside.

MariGold Creamy Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate has everything you want in a protein drink, and none of the things you don’t!

MariGold Allulose is a natural sugar without the sugar spike.

Unlike regular sugar, the way it’s processed by the human body makes it an optimal choice for many people looking to live a healthier lifestyle.

Allulose is considered a rare sugar, which is sugar that can be found in nature in small quantities. It can be found naturally in fruits like raisins, figs, and jackfruit.

Although it’s about 70% as sweet as the sugar you know and love (but try to stay away from), allulose tastes, feels and cooks just like regular sugar.
