- 3/4 cup MariGold Creamy Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1 Tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- In a bowl, stir together all ingredients except shredded coconut.
- Refrigerate the mixture for an hour.
- Then form the mixture into 1 Tbsp-sized balls and roll in coconut. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate until serving.
