- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 scoops MariGold Creamy Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbs maple syrup or liquid monkfruit
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix/ stir until combined.
- Spread the mixture into a small square dish lined with wax paper.
- Freeze for 60 minutes, then cut and serve or store in the fridge until serving.
