Simple Protein-Packed Oatmeal Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup MariGold Creamy Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder (OR choose your preferred flavor)
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, Grass-fed Whey Isolate Protein Powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.

Be aware that it is normal for the ice pack to melt during shipping.
The ice pack and special liner will keep your bars chilled during their journey to you.
If your bars are not still cool when they arrive we want you to know that they are perfectly safe to eat.

Even the most perishable bar we sell has a 14 day un-refrigerated shelf life.
