MIXED BERRY FROZEN YOGURT PROTEIN BARS MUFFINS

These Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt Protein Bars are exactly the kind of snack hot summer days call for.
Greek yogurt and MariGold Creamy Vanilla Whey Isolate create a protein-rich base, while coconut flour adds fiber and helps give each frozen bar its satisfying texture.
Fresh strawberries and blueberries bring natural sweetness, color, and beneficial plant compounds, with just a little maple syrup to bring everything together.
Best of all, there’s almost no work involved. Mix, press, freeze, and slice. Keep a batch tucked in the freezer for an easy afternoon snack, a cool post-workout bite, or those moments when you want something sweet and refreshing without reaching for the usual frozen dessert.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 scoop MariGold Creamy Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder
- Add the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, coconut flour, and Creamy Vanilla Whey Isolate to a mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.
- Gently fold in the strawberries, blueberries, or other fresh berries.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang to easily lift the frozen mixture from the pan.
- Transfer the yogurt mixture to the pan and press it into an even layer.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm enough to slice.
- Lift from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into approximately 8 bars.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer or allow the bars to soften for a few minutes before eating for a creamier texture.
