Fruity Collagen Gummy Recipe
3.5 tbsp Gelatin (make sure it’s gelatin, not hydrolyzed collagen)
1 tbsp No-Sugar or Low-sugar Powdered Drink Mix (flavor of choice)
1 cup hot water
Combine gelatin and drink mix in a bowl or a large glass measuring cup (such as Pyrex). While whisking or stirring rapidly, add the hot water and stir until dissolved. Pour into silicone molds (or into a rectangular container to be later cut into cubes) and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
