VANILLA LATTE COLLAGEN TIRAMISU
(High-Protein / Collagen-Rich / Sugar-Free / Gluten-Free)
This Vanilla Latte Collagen Tiramisu recipe is not only delicious and protein-packed but also contains probiotics and healthy fats.
MariGold Vanilla Collagen Latte Coffee and Rich Chocolate Malt Whey Isolate are used in the cake batter. They are both excellent sources of protein, which is essential for building and repairing muscle tissue, keeping you feeling full and satisfied, and helping to regulate blood sugar levels.
The coffee liquid used to moisten the cake layers is made with MariGold Mocha Collagen Latte Coffee, which also contains collagen, a protein that promotes healthy skin, hair, and nails and supports healthy joints and bones.
The cream layer of this recipe is made with peanut butter, which is rich in healthy fats. Greek yogurt is used to provide probiotics and additional protein. Finally, the recipe is topped off with cacao powder, which is high in antioxidants and may help improve mood and brain function.

- 3 tbsp MariGold Vanilla Collagen Latte High Protein Coffee
- 1 1/2 tbsp MariGold Rich Chocolate Malt Whey Isolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 4 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp monkfruit sweetener
- 150 ml hot water
- 1 scoop MariGold Mocha Collagen Latte High Protein Coffee
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients for the cake and mix them well.
- Place the batter into the baking dish (mine is 6.5” x 8.6”), greased with a bit of oil, and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let it cool and cut the cake into 3 equal pieces.
- Mix 150 ml of hot water with mocha collagen and drown cake pieces in it.
- Combine all ingredients for the cream and mix it well.
- Put one piece of the cake and layer with cream, and again cake-cream -cake- cream.
- Decorate tiramisu with cacao on top. Enjoy!
