Easy Pumpkin Protein Muffins
(Low-Carb, Low-Sugar)
If you’ve been looking for a quick, healthy breakfast or an afternoon snack to increase your protein intake, these low-carb, low-sugar pumpkin protein muffins will do the trick.
These tasty little treats might look simple, but they pack a whole lot of powerful nutrients into a small package. Pumpkins not only contain vitamins A, C, B2 and E, but also contain fiber, potassium, copper, manganese, iron and beta-carotene. All that, and still low calorie and low-carb.
But that’s not all.
These muffins also have a protein boost! Yes, they are made with our premium-quality Grass-Fed Whey Isolate Protein Powder. That means that in addition to all the health benefits of pumpkin, you’ll also get immune-boosting nutrients, antioxidants, amino acids, and minerals.
Our protein powder also contains non-GMO Sunflower Lecithin to help promote a healthy brain and sharpen your memory.
They’re light and fluffy and simple to make, and will give you the nutrient boost you need to jumpstart your day or pick-up your afternoon. You can dress them up with a topping, or leave them plain…they are delicious either way.
