- 2 scoops MariGold Horchata Collagen Peptides Powder
- 2 spotty bananas
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cacao powder
- 1 flax egg
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (used canned coconut milk for extra creaminess)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- OPTIONAL: dark chocolate squares
- freeze dried strawberries
- flakey sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mash bananas and add buckwheat flour, collagen, coconut oil, flax egg, coconut milk (the key is using coconut milk from the can!), cacao powder, cinnamon & baking powder in a bowl.
- Fill rose molds halfway. Add a square of chocolate and pour remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, until firm!
