- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- pinch of kosher salt
- 12 strawberries, stems removed, chopped
- 3 Tablespoons MariGold Allulose (more if you want it sweeter)
- Place butter and salt in the bowl of a food processor; pulse a few times until butter is fluffy. Scrape down the sides, if necessary.
- Add in the allulose and pulse until incorporated, and it is light and fluffy.
- Add in the chopped strawberries; pulse several more times until well mixed.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until needed.
- When ready to server, remove from the fridge, scoop with an ice cream scoop and place in serving dish (that’s how I like to do it). Bring to room temperature and spread on your favorite baked good!
MariGold ingredients used in this recipe:
MariGold Allulose is a natural sugar without the sugar spike.
Unlike regular sugar, the way it’s processed by the human body makes it an optimal choice for many people looking to live a healthier lifestyle.
Allulose is considered a rare sugar, which is sugar that can be found in nature in small quantities. It can be found naturally in fruits like raisins, figs, and jackfruit.
Although it’s about 70% as sweet as the sugar you know and love (but try to stay away from), allulose tastes, feels and cooks just like regular sugar.
