INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 12 strawberries, stems removed, chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons MariGold Allulose (more if you want it sweeter)
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Place butter and salt in the bowl of a food processor; pulse a few times until butter is fluffy. Scrape down the sides, if necessary.
  2. Add in the allulose and pulse until incorporated, and it is light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the chopped strawberries; pulse several more times until well mixed.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until needed.
  5. When ready to server, remove from the fridge, scoop with an ice cream scoop and place in serving dish (that’s how I like to do it). Bring to room temperature and spread on your favorite baked good!
