Summer is here, the weather is getting hot everywhere, and sometimes a delicious, frozen treat is the perfect thing to cool you down and satisfy your sweet tooth.
Well, this Chocolate Protein Fruit Bark recipe combines fresh fruit and yogurt boosted with a scoop of MariGold Rich Chocolate Malt Whey Isolate Powder. Our powder provides pure, clean, grass-fed whey isolate protein with a decadent chocolate flavor.

- 1 scoop of the MariGold Rich Chocolate Malt Whey Isolate Protein Powder
- 6 ounces of Greek yogurt
- A few drops of your favorite liquid sweetener
- 1 oz blueberries
- 1.5 oz diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup granola
- Sugar-free chocolate syrup
- Mix everything together in a bowl (save toppings for steps 3 & 5).
- Spread on a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet (about an inch thick).
- Top with blueberries, strawberries, and granola for that extra crunch. You can also choose your own toppings.
- Place into the freezer for a couple of hours.
- Remove and drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup…enjoy!
