- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup MariGold Creamy Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp almond milk
- 2 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a bowl, stirring to combine.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Cut or break bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
